Diane Skapinker is a well known property lawyer and a recognised expert in the field. She was formerly an associate professor of law at the University of Sydney where she lectured in real property, conveyancing and equity and has been a property partner at large law firms such as Minter Ellison, Gilbert + Tobin and Ashurst.

Diane was formerly a member and the chair of the Law Society of New South Wale's advisory committee that accredits lawyers as property specialists and since 2009 has been a member of the Law Society's Property Committee and a member of the subcommittee responsible for drafting the New South Wales contract for the sale and purchase of land.

Diane's clients include local councils, State government departments, developers, telecommunication carriers, landowners and other lawyers.
